• Helicopter service at kedarnath ji from phata/Guptakashi/Sersi

• Any extra Adult or Child (> 5 years) other than mentioned in the Inclusives above
• (Same shall be directly charged at the Hotel.
• Air fare, Any additional meals, Liquor, Laundry, Tips, Porters etc.
• Entry Tickets to Parks, Museums, Temples or any other place etc.
• Charges of Animal Riding, Cable Car ,Water Boating, Trekking etc.
• Charges of Room Heater at Hotel during winter season
• Insurance of any kind or any other expenditure incurred by the guests on account of illness,
• hospitalization or overstaying due to any reasons beyond our control
• Transportation cost for Extensive Sightseeing where outside tourist vehicles are not allowed.
• GST @ 5% of total Package Cost
• Anything not mentioned in Inclusives above

• 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
• Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation Policy Terms & Conditions 1. Rs 5000/- Cancellation Charges will be charged if the booking is cancelled 25 days prior to travel date, within 25days 35% amount will be charged as cancellation and no refunds will be given for cancellation within 48 hours of travel date. 2. You need to deposit the total amount in advance to the company’s account number. 3. You need to provide us the copy of the bank deposit slip once you deposit the amount. 4. Confirmed tickets will be mailed to you after the confirmation of amount deposited in the company’s account is confirmed by our bank. Confirmation time required by the Bank is minimum two working days. Hence tickets will be issued once bank confirm the amount. 5. Full Charges for Child Above 5 Years & There is no Charge for child below 5 years age proof are compulsory. 6. Each Passenger may carry baggage not more than 8 Kgs of Weight in Bus. Excess Volume Baggage would not be allowed in Bus. 7. Cancellation Can also be due to technical Problem in Bus or any unforeseen circumstances, company inform to you before 15 days of date of travel and Company will refund full amount and will not be responsible towards management of seats. 8. Biometric registration and medical fitness certificate from local authority are mandatory to be produce Before Start Vaishno Devi Darshan trek .

• Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
